About me

The choice to begin therapy is a courageous one and taking that first step to make contact when you are feeling vulnerable can be daunting.  How do you know which approach you want, what to expect and what to do?

I am a fully qualified and experienced Psychotherapist.  As an Attachment-based Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist with The Bowlby Centre in London, Attachment Theory informs my approach to the therapy.  I work in a straightforward and relational way and offer a safe and non judgmental environment in private, comfortable consulting rooms in Norwich and Bungay.
I have an extensive network of accredited colleagues and can often help to find a therapist with specialist experience to refer to.
